COVID-19: A Message to our Community

COVID-19 Updates

The health and wellbeing of our residents, onsite teams, and all who visit our properties is Atlas Property Management’s top priority. As the COVID-19 situation around the United States continues to evolve rapidly, we are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the CDC. We will continue to respond based on the advice of our government officials, public health authorities and medical professionals.

Atlas Property Management is taking additional measures to keep our customers and employees safe. Effective March 25th our offices will be closed to the public, however we will be available to assist your needs by phone, email or our social channels.

We’ve outlined in detail the following changes to our business operations.
  • Hours of operation by phone & email
  • Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
  • Saturday: 12:00PM-4:00PM (times may vary)
  • For leasing questions, including apartment showings, please contact the leasing office to schedule an appointment.
  • Service Requests: At this time, we will only service emergency work orders immediately. Emergency work orders include, but are not limited to: flooding, fire, no heat or air conditioning, refrigerator not working, plumbing; sewer back-ups, clogged toilets (if there is not a functioning toilet in your home). You may submit all non-emergency work orders through our resident portal or by calling our leasing office.
  • Curbside Package Pick Up: We will still continue to accept resident packages. Please call the leasing office once you have parked outside our leasing office, and one of our team members will deliver your package outside of your vehicle.
  • Renewals/Notice to Vacate/Move Out Procedures: Please contact our leasing office to schedule an appointment for further instructions.
